I guide women and support organisations to cultivate sustainable wellness practices that elevate their wellbeing.
Meditation is at the centre of all my offerings, with an array of other healing modalities and practices such as Crystal and Sound Therapy, Vocal Toning and Face Massage weaved in, to create a unique experience.
Finding the time to pour into our spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing can be challenging. Quite often though, if the focus was on the quality and not the quantity, most people would find the time to schedule themselves into their day and cultivate a wellbeing practice that is enjoyable, sustainable and doesn’t feel like a task…
Daily Wellness Practice
Having a daily wellness practice that is in alignment with who we are, offers a valuable tool to foster calm, balance and alignment with self. My easy to follow programs and masterclasses are designed to meet the unique needs of women and organisations who feel overwhelmed by their daily responsibilities, or find longer and traditional wellbeing and meditation practices difficult to engage with.
Sustainable Wellbeing
From being time poor, being unable to stay focussed, not seeing the point, to not being accessible for people with neurodiverse needs, there are numerous reasons I have heard as to why people don’t/can’t meditate or have a regular wellness practice. Sustaining a healthy wellness routine starts with being honest with yourself and thinking about what wellness looks like for you. I support you to work with the time you have, what you enjoy, your budget, your wellness goals and how much time you actually have to commit to your daily wellness practice.
Individualised Approach
Each wellness journey is unique, especially for those who are neurodiverse. Recognising this uniqueness and the constraints of a busy lifestyle, my sessions are conducted in varying lengths, from brief five-minute practices, to more extensive 30-minute sessions. This flexibility ensures that meditation becomes an achievable part of your daily routine, rather than an added pressure.

I work with you to set realistic goals, that fit seamlessly into your current daily routine, so it doesn’t feel like ‘another task’ to add to your growing to-do list! I make meditation and wellness doable, by supporting you to create short, effective practices and routines that help you to achieve your personal wellness goals.

3 Weeks To Wellness is 1 21 Day Programme supporting midlife women relearning who you are now and the steps you need to take to elevate your wellbeing. It takes 21 days to form a habit and in that time, we will look at your current routine, how it serves your lifestyle and your wellness goals get you looking at your wellness routine.
