This FREE gathering is a space for us to connect through conversation, shared experiences and ‘scentsory’ meditation experience, nestled in the fragrant fields of lavender. We’ll explore what it looks like to relearn who we are in midlife - a time when many of us are navigating hormonal shifts, relearning who we are, changing roles and deciding what we want for the BEST of our lives!

Join me for a gentle, grounding afternoon at the stunning Mayfield Lavender Farm in Banstead – a soul-nourishing space to reconnect with yourself and other midlife women in a similar season of change.

Cost: Free to attend the gathering, but there is a small entry fee to the farm of £7.50 and any food/drink purchases are not included.
This is you safe space to BE, to relearn and connect with women who share similar stories to share.… I advise that you pre-book your ticket, to avoid disappointment on the day.
